IGNITE - 3) The Character of a Leader, pt1 (Integrity Based; Godly Core Values; Noble Intentions); 4) The Character of a Leader, pt 2 (Incorruptible Principles; Transparent Actions; and Ethics Driven);

ACTION - 5) Awareness of Biases; 6) Courageous Humility; 7) Tenacious Curiosity; 8) Inspiring Commitment; 9) Outstanding Collaboration; and 10) Navigating Cultural and Social Norms.

Module 10. Navigating Cultural & Social Norms.  Participants will gain skills in utilizing empathy and compassion to acknowledge and respect diverse cultures and individuals within their organizations.  The students will be taught how to increase their emotional quotient (EQ).  They will be instructed on how to apply the components of emotional intelligence (consisting of personal competencies (self-awareness & self-management) and social competencies (social awareness & relationships management)) in various contexts and environments.  The participants will understand different cultural communication styles, develop cultural sensitivity, and embrace generational diversity.  Lastly, they will discover or define the culture of their organization.
