He is also a licensed diversity and inclusion trainer. Trained and mentored by John Maxwell and mentors of his world-class faculty, Mike is equipped with the tools, resources and experience to help you and your team improve your productivity, performance and profitability.

Toni has over 30 years in the healthcare industry including 21 years with Cleveland Clinic. She is a Registered Nurse, a certified Christian Counselor, a member of Chi Eta Phi Sorority Inc., a community navigator, and a mentor to many. She has held various leadership positions for over two decades.
